Touches by Jen handles all of the logistics. We clean the venue and get everything back to its rightful place. If you purchased anything and it wasn't rented through our inventory, we often offer a purchase back at a percentage to increase our inventory. This option is not always available.
CHARGES FOR SERVICES
CONSULTATION - $125.00 (not needed for day of coordination)
Concept Development
I will meet with you and discuss your wedding. I will go over what we do with you and find out how I can meet your needs. Discuss vender options and venues. We will provide you with a contract guarantee of our services.
Decor Coordination and Vender Logistics - $65 per hour (not needed for day of coordination)
We are meticulous at record keeping and keep a logbook of hours worked and mileage. During this time, we will put your wedding arrangements together, work on bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, and other accessories. We will also be working with your venders to get everything booked as needed. We bill this any week we work on your wedding. Any materials will be quoted and will need to be reimbursed at time of purchase.
Rehearsal Oversight - $200
Jen will come to the rehearsal and create a timeline. She will go over music timing and announcement timing. She will provide wedding party with their placement. At this time she will also decorate for the wedding if time allows. This does not incur an additional fee with the exception of mileage as it is part of the package.
Wedding Event Day Executions - (includes rehearsal oversight and post wedding organization) $300
We will handle any finishing touches before the wedding starts. We will direct the venders in where to set up. We will provide a timeline to the photographer and entertainment crew. We keep a repair kit on hand for wardrobe malfunctions. We will ensure guests' comfort. We also keep the wedding party organized. We will have minimum 2 coordinators working. Weddings over with over 150 guests may require additional assistants. Additional assistants are $15 an hour per assistant and remain until Lead Coordinator leaves.
Post Wedding Organization - $200
Touches by Jen will clean the venue and ensure all items are returned to the proper venders. You don't do anything.
