We will create a scope for your wedding.. We start with helping you design your wedding. From arches to bouquets. We do it all. Concept, design and execution. If you are using fresh floral, we will coordinate with one for you. We will set up the day before and day of and also handle the take down. We are currently building inventory and offer 65 percent buy back on materials
Before your wedding, we will handle vender management based on your wedding's needs. We will help with music selection, based on your preference. On the day of rehearsal, we will work with the wedding party and create a timeline. . On the day of your wedding, we will make sure execution is as flawless as possible.
Touches by Jen handles all of the logistics. We clean the venue and get everything back to its rightful place. If you purchased anything and it wasn't rented through our inventory, we often offer a purchase back at a percentage to increase our inventory. This option is not always available.

I will meet with you and discuss your wedding. I will go over what we do with you and find out how I can meet your needs. Discuss vender options and venues. We will provide you with a contract guarantee of our services.
I will meet with you and talk about your vision. Materials are on the cost bases so I will turn in receipts for reimbursement. Design service fee to actually craft the arrangements etc is $65 an hour. I help you design your entire event and create a scope. I use a log in system so that you can see your materials and know that I am working on your wedding. I also use a log out system so you can see what has been completed. Facetime, skype, google meet are the most common used.
Need help selecting Vendors? We have you covered. I will meet with you and go over your needs. I will gather vendors, set meetings and hold contracts for you. No need to stay on the phone and ask all the details. That is what you have us for. Let us take care of you so you can relax and look forward to your day.
Jen will come to the rehearsal and create a timeline. She will go over music timing and announcement timing. She will provide wedding party with their placement. At this time she will also decorate for the wedding if time allows. This does not incur an additional fee with the exception of mileage as it is part of the package.
We will handle any finishing touches before the wedding starts. We will direct the venders in where to set up. We will provide a timeline to the photographer and entertainment crew. We keep a repair kit on hand for wardrobe malfunctions. We will ensure guests' comfort. We also keep the wedding party organized. We do it all. We will have minimum 2 people working. Weddings over with over 150 guests may require additional assistants. Additional assistants are $15 an hour per assistant and remain until Lead Coordinator leaves.
We will handle remain after the event. Clean up. Handle venue return according to venue rules and make sure items are returned to the rightful place. We coordinate with your vendors such as a rental company to make sure pick up is arranged.
