Need to pull in some tenants?  Jen's got you.  Showcase a unit  with simple furniture and show your prospective tenants the wonderful space and inspire them.  Jen will come in and measure the unit, make suggestions on furniture, decor and placement and arrange to have it handled.  You pay for materials and supplies and she does the rest.  $65 and hour with a two hour minimum.
