Meet the Team

Jen works well with others and considers her staff a team.  The team of Touches by Jen is a close-knit group.  She has two assistant coordinators that interchange accompanying her to events depending on availability.  Her mother and her best friend fill these roles.  They work well together and can often finish each other's sentences. Candy has experience as a decorator,  she pays very close attention to balance and has a touch of OCD and admits it.  Heather is always up on the latest trends and has the natural ability to pull shades of colors that look good together.  Touches by Jen Coordinators have a balance of "just a little older" and "just a little younger"  which is a happy trio.  So be sure to tell Candy (mom) and Heather (best friend) hello.  When booking events, you are sure to see one of them, if not both.  

Jen has assistants that help depending on the size of event. 

 Her son Adrian is her website and tech man and is often on the scene and if an event requires MC or coordination. He is usually handling the lights or doors and anything else he is directed to do.  His next ambition with TBJ will be as a DJ.  Stay tuned to see when he makes his DJ debut!  He is always eager to please with a smile!

Jen has two assistants that are also a photography duo.  Meet Savannah and Symantha.  Savannah is the one behind the lens with "Scenes by Savannah Photography".  Symantha is the one behind the lens with "Radiance by Reese Photography" They have two totally different personalities that will complement each other nicely  and are absolutely amazing at what they do.  Though very young, both of these girls take pride in their work and are debuting as photographers.  Savannah is quiet and moves seamlessly through backgrounds capturing those candid moments to be forever in your heart, she is very artistic with the ability to center focus.  Symantha is assertive has a great eye and will pull and place as needed to get that perfect portrait to hang on the wall.  These girls have talent beyond their years.  Yes, you can book them outside of Touches by Jen but Touches by Jen is their home base.  We encourage them to book us priority but definitely support them booking independently as well.  These are amazing and deserve their independence to create within and outside our walls.  If you are looking for a photographer contact us and we will put you in contract directly with one or both.

Stepping us as as an assitant who is a greeter and runs our vallet is Andalin.  Andalin is a very hard worker and is very quiet and humble.  Your guests will fill right at ease.  There is no need to worry about those who have more difficulty having a long walk.  Andalin will take care of it and will return to you your keys.  No need to worry about the guest book.  Andalin will work in placement of the one you have stationed there so they can join your day or keep you from having a loved one have to fill that role and will help your guests feel a ease.  She will also be the one who watches the gift table so we try to keep it stationed ear the welcome table if possible. Welcoming is her middle name and safety is a priority.

Braylee and Emmerson are assistants.  They are dedicated to showing their very best at all times.  You won't see these two without doing something.  They are always looking for something to do and understand work ethic.  Caterer need a hand?  They make 4.  Need help loading?  Just say the word.

You can be sure that at consultation, Jen will be able to tell you how many assists will be needed, and a meet can be arranged for your comfort.  

Unless you request otherwise, the Touches by Jen crew will be in uniform.  We are polite at all times but do not participate at the event as guests.  The team will only eat at the event if you allow them to do so and after guests have already been served and seated.  TBJ always plans ahead and feeds the team.  We are there to serve by coordinating and troubleshooting.  If you request us to be black tie for the event, we will change after set up and change again before take down into uniforms and will need a place to do so.  Most prefer us to be in uniforms and name tags.
